Order and service management system for a field team
Orders arrived by email, SMS, and phone. Technicians worked with paper job sheets. Invoices went out 2–3 weeks after job completion.
Web application for order intake (client can view status), mobile app for technicians (offline operation, client signature on screen), automatic invoice generation on job completion.
Order portal for an external sales network
An external sales network (12 agents) submitted orders by email and phone. Pricing and item errors were frequent; urgent orders could not be separated from regular ones.
Web order portal for agents: catalogue with live prices and stock, 3-step ordering, urgent flag, real-time status tracking. The manager sees all orders in one place.
Intranet for internal communication and documents
Notices went by email, procedures were stored in a folder on one computer. Each branch manager had their own version of the policy manual. New employees had nowhere to look.
Internal portal: news, procedures and policy manuals (with versioning), leave requests with a digital approval workflow, staff directory. Accessible from mobile.
Master admin dashboard for a company group
A director was managing three companies with separate ERP systems. Monthly consolidation took two working days. There was no shared view of HR, finance, or sales across the group.
